The Orangetheory workout is a scientifically designed approach to fitness that increases energy, stimulates your metabolic rate and helps you burn calories, even when you’re not working out. During the course of our 60-minute workout, we'll monitor your heart rate for specifically targeted zones as you cycle through three blocks of 12 workout stations. Each station provides a high-intensity workout aimed at improving your endurance, strength or power.
When you participate in an Orangetheory workout, you’re in a group that keeps you accountable and sets the pace direction. An enthusiastic and professional gym trainer oversees each class to provide structure and to ensure that the class suits you. Trainers will challenge and motivate you as well as discuss your goals and help you get the most out of each class. They're also happy to take your fitness questions, so ask them anything!

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
